Shipping & Delivery
At Epheri, every piece is packed with care. Currently, we ship directly to the United Kingdom and countries within the European Union.
Dispatch Times
In-Stock Items: We dispatch orders for in stock items every second working day (typically within 48 hours of purchase). For items not in stock it takes 5-10 days to dispatch. If your order includes a bespoke or made-to-order item, dispatch times will vary. Please refer to the product page for specific deviating lead times.
United Kingdom Shipping:
We use Royal Mail to ensure your jewellery arrives safely.
Service: Royal Mail Tracked 48
Estimated Delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
EU Shipping (European Union):
We currently ship to most destinations within the EU. However, due to specific local hallmarking regulations, we are unable to ship our items to France, Spain, Belgium, and Ireland at this moment. We are working to resolve this and will try our best to bring Epheri to you in the near future.

Cost: £10.95
Estimated Delivery: 5–7 working days after dispatch.
Important Information on EU Taxes & Duties: As a small UK business, we are not currently VAT registered. However, to support our EU customers, we refund 20% from the item price when shipping to an EU address.
We provide this reduction to help offset some of the import costs you will incur. Please be aware that you (the customer) are responsible for paying any applicable local VAT, customs duties, and handling fees upon the package's arrival in your country. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not collected by Epheri.
Rest of the World
Currently, our website is set up for UK and EU shipping only. However, if you are located elsewhere (USA, Canada, Australia, etc.) and have fallen in love with a piece, please email us at hello@epheri.com. We will do our very best to find a shipping solution for you.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
Our Packaging
We believe the unboxing experience should be special, but delivery must be secure.
Exterior: Your order will arrive in a discreet, unbranded peel-and-seal mailing box to keep contents safe and surprise-free until opened.
Interior: Inside, you will find your jewellery tucked into a soft Epheri velvet pouch, housed within our signature Epheri branded box.
